First of all, I like the location of the hotel. It was easy for me to find a transport if I'm going to the shops. It was a quiet area. There was a homely atmosphere,staff were accomodating and pleasant. I would stay in Eureka on my next visit to Dubai. We could'nt have asked for anything else, it was perfect! Near to all amenities and a short taxi ride to everywhere else.The hotel made a free tour everyday from 9 to 1 in the afternoon and another shopping tour from 4 to 9 in the evening.

The staff were wonderfully helpful and kind, including going to the pharmacy and purchasing me drugs. The rooms were comfortable and nicely appointed. Breakfast was OK. Only short stay, but swimming pool on roof helped me relax before flight, also the sound proofing of rooms, helped for a good needed sleep after long flight. it was in a central location, close to city centre by a short walk and many other malls and food places.Better than I expect. The loaction is perfect...very close to city center al rigga, close to the irish village, and right next door to the dublin arms pub. convenient location and cleanliness. Good location. quick check-in, neat room. This hotel is perfect for a stopover in Dubai if you're a solo traveller on a budget. If travelling with a partner then I would recommend paying double the money and staying at a 4 star or 5 star hotel. The room was clean and small, but this fine and what you would expect for the price. The area and room was quiet. Good location and value for money (for Dubai). The only fault (if it is a fault) It was quite hard to find.we would like to have a black out in the curtins becouse of the sun shining. I did not like the club. It was to small and didn't feel comfortable.the 12.30am buss that i relied upon to get to my plane at the airport, did not turn up and i had to catch a taxi. All was good.room was small. TV did not work. They kept our passports at reception pretending they needed it for filing papers, kept making excuses, it became obvious they were just holding it till we pay during checkout. It's ridiculous, seems common practice in Dubai! Remote for tv never worked and they kept saying they will change it never did. Did not come to make room first day, came after we notified. My room was a little dark and cramped. that the swimming pool only opened in the afternoon. Friends allowed only from same gender only that is the worst.the fact that i could not bring guests and friends into my room (not love dealers) was very very unpleasant. I even had a room for two but i could not bring an extra friend of different gender into my room to stay for even 10 minutes. I expected more for the rate that I paid. The room, while supplying my basic needs, was very small. Although the room was not filthy, it showed some lack of concentrated cleaning and maintenance. Maybe I expected too much for my money and got less due to the high economy of the area I visited,. Room small and bathroom even smaller. Loud "night clubs", open till 3:00 A.M.!. Remove away the smoke smell from all rooms!. The room wasn't that clean. Little things like stains on chair and dirty curtains.the room was just above the night club, and a very loud music was on till 3 a.m. when I finally managed to get asleep to wake up in 3 hour time to go to the airport. This was quiet an awful experience :(. The TV channels were basic and you would be lucky if the TV was working at all. It is also not acceptable to demand that customers hand over their passport. This would never happen at a world class hotel like the Hilton or Marriott.The disco downstairs was quite loud. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The woman working at the desk was unprofessional (I heard other guests complaining about her attitude too). There are very few brochures available at the hotel (You might need to go to a travel shop on Al Rigga Rd). I was surprised that I had to surrender my passport for the duration of my stay. Staff didn't have my reseveration details, promised a wake-up call which never happened. Dissapointing. the room is small and price is high for the level of the hotel on gitex time. Holding passports till departure, smallest room I've ever stayed in and that was supposed to be a double room, stans on bed and bath, remote control for TV was half broken, no minibar/fridge that I could see. Rude people, Noise from hotel club, diabolical tour service, no notice about swimming pool being refurbished!.
