The room is large and the bed was comfortable. The room was more of a studio apartment, with a kitchen and washing machine. The bathroom and room was fairly clean. Staff are nice and helpful. all reviews » The Hotel management, specially the lady in reception in morning shift was amazing with a smilling face and responding quickly. Taxi was easily available. Fast wi fi. Very good especially if you're traveling with a family more than 4. Mall just across the street and a supermarket around 600m away. Very convenient. There was problem in transferring incoming telephone calls. Rest was fine. Paying for wireless Internet services. The need to source for food outside the hotel. Coffee and water supplied only on the day I arrived only. After that no supplies. Not enough closet space in master bedroom Washing machine has a bad smell. Nothing. housing cleaning not on time. No swinming pool. وقتها كان فيه مشكله في جهاز انذار الحريق كان مزعج لثواني معدوده فقط لا اكثر. لكن لا اعلم وضعه الان. not cheap but still have to pay for WiFi. parking is small. wifi cost exhobitant. in present day time,this is brutal. no hindi/urdu news channels in cable tv except z aflan. nothing. wifi not free. Hotel was a bit far from metro station which is around 13 to 15mins walk to Al Rigga Station. Imagine walking in Dubai hot weather. Really was a challenge. The toilet flush in the room I stayed wasn't working very properly. Need some maintenance. Other than that, everything seems ok for me. The toilet was clean but even though there was a bad smell in it. The flat is comfort but little small. The distance to the city center and the hotel was not easy to find for a taxi driver who drove as back to the hotel from the center, but then again I chose this hotel because it is close to the airport. Limited internet services. The television channels were not so interesting. Location isn't good , we can't find hotel in google map. Probably bathrooms need to be renewed as mine was quite flat and featureless. The building is on the hidden area with surroundings not lookable, also the directions on the web and coordination are wrong. Reception and service provision. location a bit far from shopping mall and train station. That you received a telephone call before arriving to see what time you were arriving 'it was already stated on the booking'. Then received a telephone call in the room to confirm the 2nd guest was staying for the whole evening (they booking was for 2 people, and on arrival I told the staff my partner would be arriving soon). They appear not to listen or read instructions (so why ask in the first place????). nothing.
