Al Harma is a very new hotel. It is very close to the clocktower roundabout. It is very close to the airport. It is also very close to teh metro system (Al Rigga station) and close to several restaurants and shops. It is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast offers a wide choice. The hotel can book tours for your if you so desire. I would stay here again. The staff were excellent, from rception to restuarant to cleaning staff, world class service. We will definitely stay here again and again. Non smoking and non alchoholic a definite plus. Comfortable rooms esp bed. Restuarant staff were very helpful arranging early breakfast. The best we've experienced in dubai thus far.

Very good location,close to metro and many restaurants,prompt check-in and check-out,clean and quiet rooms, very fast Wifi connections, courteous staff, standard and new gym equipments, excellent room service. I would definitely recommend this hotel,especially for families. Breakfast manu was not enough like other four star hotels that was ok but choice was less should change manu lobby was v compact not like four star hotels in short hotel facilities are like four star hotel but environment and entrance is like 3 star hotel. They asked for my passport, I thought they gave me back,but they didn't, this is illegal. They should have taken a copy and return it immediately. I was at the airport and my passport was missing and I had to rush back and forth, luckily I did not miss my flight. Hence please watch for this. Otherwise I was happy with the rest. I didnt like that during my three night stay the house keeping didnt change my sheets only tidied it up. And i requested to do so every day. And they didnt even change the used toiltory nor put new tissues. Until the last day of my stay. And the underground parking was designed poorly which made it hard to enter and leave the car parks with a nissan altima. So i recommand you get the smallest car possible to get it parked there. - Only tea/coffee in breakfast buffet... Juice not included - AC was crazy... Either too high or too low. I expected more reliable internet, the speed was not enough for me ( about 3-8 mbit but not all time). Breakfast (i paid for it 15$) was simple. Nothing special. Rooms were a little smaller than expected. Very Poor TV Selection. Facilities are minimum. Tele without remote....don't mind. Streetnoise (I had room directly on the street but luckily also earplugs) They kept the passport at check-in but did not say it to me so I spend 12 hours searching for it everywhere. Location is a bit far from the public transportation s. Food in the restaurant is average. nothing at all. The parking lots were very narrow as a result of that my car get scratched when trying to place it inside. Free water was only on the first night Taxi didn't know the location ( need bigger sign ). Street around the hotel some time crowded. Had to get reception to open 24 Hour restaurant Most of the dishes on the menu were not available Check out took 15 minutes. Very tight parking space. the spa were not profissinoal in appoimtments. No breakfast. The name of the hotel confused ,on reservation paper it named Al Hamra, the actual hotel named Paragon there was confuse and takes time to find hotel. nothing. very noisy hotel,the noise came from a aircondition machine outsida hotel. the didnot fix it. i slept with earplugg. Breakfast was not very good, choice is not big. Parking, I had to call someone to open the parking gate for me everytime I try to enter the garage. car parking. every things was great and smooth. noise. The breakfast is poor, awful, scarce and badly attended. The room was next to the main road balcony, making the road traffic noise quite uncomfortable. Some Staff we're not friendly. The Parken very small.
