The staff where great and helpfull. Rooms cleaned every day. We had a standard 1 bedroom apt and we had 2 bathrooms!!?? which was actually great. 10-15 min walk to metro (choice of 2 stations - red and green line) 10-15 min walk to the Creek, 5-10 min walk to shops restraunts and supermarket also small corner supermarket on opposite street corner for quick essential supplies, ideal for your first morning/afternoon on arrival until finding your way round. Overall great and would defo stay aga.

Also good price-quality value keep it like that!. the staff were generally friendly. it was very quite and peaceful, considering that I was in the mid of the week. the studies is spacious and very comfortable. it is worth the value. close to burjman and shopping areas. Perfect location, near metro station Burjuman, big rooms and every day the room was cleaned. Keep the good price-quality ratio going, it's well appreciated by travellers!! The room was clean, staff was not that nice I meant in receptian, they trick you like u will steal them,the place of buliding was not that good I can say fair only. Cheap room rate. no towels in the kitchen, the (inside) stairs to the swimming pool was a bit smelly, the freezer didn't work. the restaurant menu is expensive with limited choices focusing on Indian cuisine. the parking space is small. and the bed bugs were annoying until they changed the mattress. the internet wire is very short and its position is not convenient. Nothing, we never use wifi so that didn't cause any problems. The aircond was not working for the first 3 nite stays. The lobby was dark and smells bad; which gives bad impression for guests. No wifi. Slightly overpriced. internet not great as seems to be the case in most hotels in dubai. No WiFi in the room.only in the lopy. breakfast not included in package. Wireless internet not in room. Reception lobby needs more space. Nothing. No wifi. The wash room water heater needs to be of bigger capacity as the hot water was not sufficient for full shower. Too far form the centre of Dubai but good value for money. Check in procedures takes long time..the location was difficult to be located but we managed find it Nav.. Reciption and coffeshop style is something from 90s. They charged me AED 100 to allow a visitors to the APARTMENT ! They don't charge from the Internet credit cards. Attitude of staff for everything, poor buffet, old-furniture of reception, gave us not that room that we booked, very very small gym with bad smell, broken shower. The kitchen was not good almost of equipment do not work like mircowafe and toster and electricity was not that good all the time I have problem with tv I can not open it coz there was no electricity. Location and room interior much worse than shown in images, we were shocked. Staff not so friendly, parking is a nightmare to get out of, oh and best part is our room didn't have electricity! First the AC was bad then AC and lights stopped working and staff ignored us for a few hours so we decided to leave. Ambience, room comfort and quality, overstated on web. 2 stars at best. Gym was woefully misrepresented, more a sauna room. And the one room per key policy is not helpful for a family. Buffet breakfast is indian cuisine. no wifi in rooms. guest policy is bad. No towels when we enter the room. There's a bedbugs on our bed and I saw it, I didn't have a good sleep since I was scratching whole night. Facilities are very old. They kept my passport when I checked in and at checkout they made me wait at the reception counter while my room was inspected for theft and vandalism. I will not stay at this hotel again.
