helpful staff and fabulous complimentary breakfast. Nice clean hotel located in the centre of Dubai.convinience location and freindly staffs. The free breakfast was excellent. The Room is small but everything was fine and comfy.The room was very clean, and i did not expect it to be that good. location although with the current construction taxi cabs are a problem.
all reviews » The Night Club and resturant. Good location, fair price. We were checked into a room when we arrived at 7am despite being adv on the website that check-in was after 2pm. We were even told that as that room would be noisy that we could move after 2pm. which we did. It has a good range of restaurents and bars. that becuse in the bur dubai near my work. I had a Superior Deluxe Room which was very good. Location. lots near buy to do and see. The location and room service. Checking out. The breakfast was fine. Access from the underground car park to the reception. There was no drinking water inside the room, and nothing in the mini bar. a bit noisy if you stay on the lower floors and although it is a bedandbreak the breakfast menu is clearly targeted for the indian traveller. The time to check in took far too long as it was booked on line When requested valley parking was informed that they had no space for my car. The parking and the internet cost.Noisy nightclub on first floor till 3:00am, avoid lower fllor rooms. The female staff seemed to have a real attitude problem when dealing with me (female). Messages were not passed between changing staff. No airport shuttle despite being advertised.Parking problem. why u cant use the club for free all hotels is free for guset expet regal u have to pay cover charge. No Coffe making facilities in the room. The music from bars is unacceptable. I asked by telephone if I could check in earlier than 2pm - was not possible. I asked if I could use at least the internet in the internet room before 2pm - no, was not possible.very bad traffic, no taxis, noise from bars, some of the linen and towels need replaced. food , room service. Food is not ok, noisy, It is an Indian hotel as you are in a certain city in India, I dont recomend this hotel for families at all !!. Reception service. Too much noise from all the bars in the first floor, no taxis in the area, a tiny little swimmingpool and the people at the recepcion were not very friendly. noise. smell, lack of taxi near by.
