The location close to Dubai Metro. Clean and comfortable room for my one-night stay, albeit in a room without an outside view. Wonderful power shower in the bathroom. Big comfortable Queen size bed. Close to nightlife for single male travellers. Friendly attitude of staff willing to help. Large lobby with lots of comfortable armchairs. My fourth time of staying here - this time for 3 nights. I stay here because of the closeness to Burjuman Metro station and to the Dubai Creek, just 8 minutes stroll away. Clean enough room, comfy bed with adquate kitchen facilities. Pleasant staff.

I recommend it to families who consider economy and location. My third time of staying here, primarily for the location, next to the Metro station. Quiet hotel apartments, adequately clean and comfortable for my 6 night stay. Helpful staff at reception and housekeeping. Great location with a metro station 2 min walking from the hotel. 15 mins by metro to Dubai Downtown and 15 mins to the airport. Good value for money. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Requested for an extra mattress and was told you will be charged 75 AED per night. Kitchen facilities are a bit basic. Microwave, toaster, electric kettle provided, 2 pin appliances for a 3 pin system. I brought an electrical adapter with me! No sink plug for kitchen or bathtub. I had to buy one. So come prepared if you intend to use kitchen at all. Pool was cold and steam baths and saunas ware not working or readly avaliable. No internet"!!!!!!! A cafe just out side the hotel offers free internet but the hotel does not. We did'nt stay long enough!. No negatives. The breakfast needs to serve more Pakistani dishes too like Halwa puri etc. 1. long-term stay should be better discounted. 2. TV channels were very limited and no English speaking news station 3. Shower curtain kept falling down and staff couldn't fix the problem. Limited TV channels. I do not think I have something to point out that I disliked about the hotel, save for smell of spicy food, probably indian , quickly spreading out over hotel air and also rooftop pool needs regular cleaning to be maintained suitable for use for the whole day. Electrical outlets in room were lacking. Floors could have been wiped more regularly between visitors. There was no free wifi . The gym was a bit old & rundown. strange pool area where u cant bring drinks. No free WiFi. I really hate when I found bugs at first nighth after complaint the room has been changed. no complimentary water bottle, tea/coffee. Dimmed lights in the rooms. No Free internet Breakfast not included as standard package. at the time of checkout when receptionist said please wait we need to check the room even though there is no mini bar. should offer free Wifi like many other hotels. Service in odd hour. Nothing. Nothing. There was no window in the room, quite a disappointment. The room was really dark, you could only do the make-up in the toilet. There was missing an electric kettle in the room, but we got it later (it should have been in the kitchen). There was weird smell in the room the first day, but luckily it didn't bother later and the air condition worked well. The hair dryer was really old and almost broken. At first we were offered a very disappointing room but they did re- allocate us after I complained so I should'nt really complain should I? Not much else I can complain about. You get what you pay for so for us,it was ok. Towels are not clean. Shower curtain is not clean. Air condition is weak. Breakfast buffet is not good. Staff need training. We couldn't enter the rooftop pool because they locked it as they had to have staff to look after it! And they didnt. Ridiculous. Even though it was supposed to be open at 11am but they said they could open it only from 4pm!!. Not clean,the toilets smells and the toilets stink,the ceiling on most toilets leak waters,seems they are not looking to maintanance as we changed 3 rooms but all have this problem,one of them was the worst,you can not stay in the room for 2 minutes.Very smelly.If they can fix this problem,its the best place to stay. Water was leaking in bathroom ceiling. Too high charges for facilities. 1- Noise every early morning so you can not sleep well 2- Room service is not very good. Rooms I booked for my family were not beside each other. Air conditioner was not functioning in one of the rooms booked. Pool was n't working!!!!!!!. Condition of bathroom. The restaurant was gloomy and no one uses it. complimentary water was not given. Cups available for making tea were in shocking unusable state and not in line with the cute little fully fitted kitchenette available to utilize properly. The hotel is tired and old,but the cleanliness of the suite was not acceptable. Even when this was pointed out to the manager and cleaned again it didn't feel clean The housekeeping team did not appear to have the appropriate materials or training to do a good job. This is a budget hotel but management can bring improvements with minor changes atleast to change the dirty look of room, bedsheet, toilet etc. Smell of food from the kitchen was disgusting. AC not working in 42+ Degree temperature and room was later changed. Electrical appliances were 2 pronged and had to ask adaptor from hotel desk. One of the two sockets was broken. Kitchenette looked as if never washed. No room service @ night.
