The extreme helpfulness of the staff. The Christmas atmosphere in this magnificent hotel. The Chuan Spa that allows you to relax. The location which is perfect for a weekend of Christmas Shopping.

This hotel is quite expensive, but the price can be justified by the excellent service and facilities offered by the hotel.

The bed was the most comfortable and luxurious bed I've ever slept in. Great location to Oxford Street.

The bar was very small and you would have to wait for a table even though we were residents. Difficult to eat in hotel bar or restaurant unless you had it booked in advance. The bar closed at 12am on Sunday and we couldn't have a drink.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was quiet and very comfortable and the restaurants top quality. The location is excellent; close to Oxford Street but not too busy or noisy.

Not great value: a high price for a relatively small room with no view. Although the food was excellent, the service for breakfast in Roux at The Landau was patchy; too few staff on duty.

Everything was more than superb! The doormen were outstanding the nicest most friendly helpful people you could ever meet. The waiter that brought breakfast to our room was absolutely delightful. My little 5 year old granddaughter couldn't stop saying how lovely he was. You couldn't possibly stay in a better hotel !!! Outstanding!!!

The location and staff were Aces. I had enjoyed our dinner at Roux de Landau, it was marvellous!

The gym and swimming pool were on the other side of the hotel (from my room), and I have to walk around the hotel using different lifts. The room size was a little bit small as well.

The Doorman is very friendly and helpful, Palm court and Roux at the Landau restaurants are excellent. We loved everything in the Grand double room especially the bed, it was so comfortable.

Poor breakfast in roux at the landau restaurant. The Gym and pool were hard to find, we get lost every time we get there.

Staff went out of their way to ensure lovely stay. Quick check in/check out. Afternoon tea wonderful and cocktail bar special.

Did not like the chandelier at the entrance of hotel had 3 lights out .... Very noticeable and your doorman slightly unfriendly! He needs to smile and help guests who are not overly wealthy but comfortable. This also very noticeable.
