On arrival we were offered a free upgrade to a two bedroomed suite, which was great! Location was ideal for both the theatre and the shops.

The room and the location for sight seeing and proximity to the Circle Line underground at Holborn and quiet all at the same time! The full English breakfast was excellent too!

Room quiet, clean and tastefully refurbished. Central location very convenient.

A very minor criticism - fascia and Park Inn logo does not really fit the building or surrounding buildings, and makes the hotel (in our opinion) appear cheap. Reception area could also be enhanced, to give visitors a better first impression, and reflect the high quality of the hotel.

The friendliness and helpfulness of every single member of the staff and the attention to detail that was apparent everywhere.

The bar was rather impersonal and dominated by the TV screen. However, it was very comfortable!

I thought the room was comfortable and had the amenities I needed. It was better than I expected and its location was great. Walking distance to many sites. I liked that the windows opened and I faced a court yard.

The position in the heart of the West End was ideal for our purposes

The breakfast room was a little crowded. There was a twenty minute wait for a table. However staff were efficient at clearing and relaying tables and restocking the breakfast buffet.

The location was brilliant. It was close to a tube station on the piccadilly line which was great as we were travelling from Heathrow. And it was exactly as it looked on the website. I would stay there again.
