It was clean and the staff reposnsive. the best thing is the location you are right next to Oxford Street. The position is very peaceful though. It was clean and well located near to the shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable.Inside, the room was pretty large and confortable. The bed and the towels were both cleaned enough. Good location, It was clean and it had spacious rooms.Close to Marble Arch Metro station. At the very beginning we were not able to find the right address, because we arrived a bit late, talking about the chek-in hour. But calling the direction at the phone we found our right apartment.Shady place, no staff available, I felt like dealing with the mafia when I got the keys and I had to sign a contract. Very noisy room neighbors.Then the lock at the shared bathroom did not work..so people got stuck inside the bathroom.
