It's a very nice hotel, well placed. Nice helpful staff. The room service was excellent. We will stay there again and reccomend it to other people. how central the hotel was, friendly staff, generally quiet just overall really nice at an affordable price!. Very friendly and helpful staff; services excellent. The situation of the hotel meant easy access to public transport and taxis. The staff were all helpful and made my stay very enjoyable.

The lift was unserv during 2 days and we had to use thestairs to get the 3rd floor with a baby in our hand.THE Wi-Fi was notworking all the time.The mold on all the walls, the hotel looks like it needs slight renovation. its very simple good for one day only. cleanliness. the white curtains were black. And it is a pity as location is great, the staff are friendly and helpfull and the rooms are acceptable. The wallpaper was hanging off and bedsheets stained. The price is high and level of hotel is fair. accommodation shabby but clean breakfast very basic considering price and location. The whole hotel was in very poor repair, the light above the washbasin was broken and out of order, the window did not shut properly etc. filthy net curtains and curtains. Grotty bed base. Electricals obviously need attention.The lift was small and aged, no signs to indicate direction to room, clean towels were actually very stinky, every floorboard creaked, ghosting TV picture, rattling room door, drafty window, and the inclusive breakfast was very basic indeed.
