The location was perfect 5 minutes from the prom and a short walk to the station. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel smelt clean and fresh.They left us flowers and chocolates in our room when we told them it was our wedding anniversary which was awesome. The tea and coffee making facilities in the room along with toiletries were replenished daily and the bedding and towels were freshly laundered. The room was heated perfectly throughout our stay.
all reviews » Me and my boyfriend stayed there for a night we absolutely loved it, it is very close to shops l, the seafront, nightlife, the staff were lovely, friendly and polite, the owner was brilliant with us, we had a lovely room on the top floor with a brilliant view of blackpool tower, the hotel was spotless, we are going to blackpool again in 2 weeks and we will most defiantly be going back to this hotel! We loved it. Stayed there for a night. Excellent staff. The hotel is in great state of cleanliness throughout. They were always on our hands to help should it be parking or extra stuff you need in your room. They also gave us option to choose room of our own choice & we got one with an amazing tower view. That was a nice gesture. Well done you two see you soon again. really friendly and helpful staff willing to do what they could to help the stay be as best as possible, you could ask the staff for anything and they tried to accomodate and did extra little to make my daughters stay a memorable and enjoyable stay :). The accommodation at Wilson hotel was excellent and the staff was friendly with us. I would highly recommend it for anyone who interest in visiting to the blackpool tower. It was clean and central . The hosts were very nice . Gave us a larger room at no extra cost so my husband didn't have a lot of stairs to climb . Friendly staff and a warm welcome. There wasn't a headboard and the mattress provided no support. There was nothing to dislike. Wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately they were all booked up over the weekend & we had to stay somewhere else. nothing but next time going to book bigger room for longer stay. nothing everything was great. The seagulls lol !!!!. Nothing. Nothing. nothing. Nothing. Car parking was a problem. Though the same would apply for all the hotels in this area. nothing. Dated decor...no parking....kettle with no lead and no plug socket near to plug in.... the breakfast menu wasnt very good and we had to go out every morning and get it elsewhere and would prefer somewhere their was only familys and couples as we had 2 sets of teenagers either side of our room. No parking, but in such a built up area I knew that would be difficult. no full English breakfast available (in Blackpool???). tiniest en-suite. Breakfast poor. the rooms were poor,had no clothes storage in . the house host was never around , we didn't get our room bin emptied or drinks filled n we only had one towel for two days. it was not to our satisfactory at all. Location noisey! Price of room too much Should of been a £30 room not £60 what we had ! Cold shower in the morning not nice at all.
