You will be asked for your card details on booking as the property are unable to allocate you a room without these.Your card details will be held by the hotel until you depart. These will be used if you remove or damage anything in the Novello. Please note, the hotel does not accept check-ins after 20:00. All rooms are on upper floors. Please note, there is no public parking available at the hotel. However there is public parking available nearby (reservation not needed) and costs GBP 6.50 a day. Late check-in is available for GBP 5 per person. A security deposit of GBP 50 is required per room before or upon arrival for all bookings for 6 or more people. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a damage and behaviour inspection of the accommodation. Please inform Novello B&B in advance of your expected arrival time.
