the hotel staff were friendly and provided a brilliant service better than many top class hotels we have stayed at in the UK and Abroad. We were so relaxed after a night stay that we felt hat we had been away for longer. situated close to NEC and main routes to and from Birmingham, cleanliness of the room and the facilities inside the room. Breakfast was excellent. All the staff were helpful and polite.

Being able to park our car and then walking to the NEC to see Gardeners World Show. The breakfast was slightly limited and a better selection of juice would have been betteras would fresher croissants. The car park could have been better as it took a while to find a space. No Sky Sports in my room ;-(. Only disappointment is I would have liked a bath, although knew this before I arrived. the £14 car park fee at checkout!!! for 2 days!!!. would have liked more than one tea bag each. A trouser press in the room would be good. the price of car parking. yes we asked to have fan in bathroom switched off as it kept us awake with the noise for 2 hours after light was turned off.Fair bit of noise after 10.30 pm.Otherwise excellent. The long queue! when we had to check out.I was unaware I had to pay for parking when I had no car to park!. Breakfast very basic but served in a nice clean and light dining area.I totally hate the fact the windows cant be opened fully. There was a key to unl;ock the window so I thought that I could have had the option to open it but was told by the reception that this was not possible. I would have been delighted to sign a disclaimer but this was an option that was not on offer. We were under the impression it was on the NEC complex but in fact it is a good 20 min walk to the edge of the complex and as Crufts is held in the south it was an extremely long walk we feel maybe a courtesy bus should be provided - taxi is expensive for the journey so we chose to walk!. I'm very upset that I have tried to rebook for Feb 09 and the price is 4 times higher than I have just paid!!!!!. Having to pay for hotel parking The shower curtain was a bit mouldy. Continental Breakfast. Price was a little high,. internet was expensive. car parking expensive at £7/night; room tv quite low grade, no text [ I'm hard of hearing]. There was no bedclothes for the bed settee and had to asked reception twice for them it ended up that we collected them ourselves from reception. The continental breakfast was fine, but somewhere to warm the crossaints would have been nice. Also the pub next door gave us the worst meal we ever had!! Someone told us that Reception had a take away menu for us to order and have brought in. It would have been nice to have had that information. I would recommend your hotel but would warn people about the pub and get take away menu.
