Church Farm Accomodation - Photos
What people say
Excellent comfortable and quiet room (don't worry about being near the flight path to the airport - aircraft noise is not a problem) with free wifi and, being a farm, the very friendly owners are more like hosts than staff. Also, excellent breakfasts and the nearness to the airport. And all this at a very reasonable price. For my requirements, I could not have chosen better.
Church Farm is the ideal place to stay if you like a rural setting on the doorstep of the NEC. Comfortable, functional and all facilities we needed close at hand. The owners are friendly and welcoming but leave you to enjoy complete independence. Perfect for our stay. The horses in the courtyard we stayed in made us feel very at home.all reviews »
Very good guest house accommodation, friendly welcome by the owners.
Within easy reach of the nec complex and plenty of pubs and restraunts
within a 3 mile radius. Excellent breakfast and plentiful. You do get
aircraft noise but won't put me off staying again.
Charming country location, homely feel, & great breakfast sets you up for a day of business, very convenient to the NEC.
Friendly & welcoming hosts,
Plenty of places to eat within 5-10 mins drive
So much nicer than a souless hotel chain.
The friendliness of the owner. She couldn't do enough for us. Our
family room was spacious enough to accommodate all 4 members of the
family. And was in very easy reach of the nec where we were attending
the Gadget Show.
We stayed 6 weeks previously and were keen to use Church Farm on our
latest foray. Its quiet charm and cosiness together with the
friendliness of the staff were all that we could wish for.
Countryside location but within one mile of Birmingham International - so very easy access to City of Birmingham.
Free transportation to the station was also a very positive feature.
Location to NEC, only 5 mins away.
Comfortable bed, quite area, free tea/coffee facility & superb breakfast, friendly staff. would stay again. Highly recommended.
This is a charming location, conveniently located to lots of prime tourist designations, such as the British motorcycle museum and Kenilworth.
Accessibility for NEC excellent & the proprietors are happy to take you to the venue themselves. Really friendly & welcoming.
Fantastic owners who make you feel at home and even give you a ride if you need it. Nice breakfast, comfortable rooms, great wifi.
I arrived late, no issues, perfect location for airport accommodation, great breakfast, could not ask for better, thanks a million.
Owners were very helpful, drove us to the nec, taxi back £6. Room warm
and spotlessly clean. Breakfast excellent.
Less than 5 minutes away from Birmingham Airport. Very clean and lovely breakfast - what more do you want?.
Very hospitable, comfortable, clean and quiet. Good value for money. New, modern bathroom.
Nice place but could do with a bit of maintanance and up keep, has lots of potential.
Very friendly and convenient for the NEC. Would definitely recommend it.
proximity to Birmingham Airport.
Being able to leave the car for a week.
ideal for brimingham airport
warm and welcoming and very helpful.
friendly, helpful staff, near to lg arena, walking distance.
friendly , clean and on the whole value for money.
The room was spacious and very clean.
location and friendly reception!!!.
Good full English breakfast.
Location and warm welcome.
Staff, Clean, Comfort.
Everything.
staff.
The location was good if you are visiting the NEC.
It was a nice quite farmhouse setting.
The heating was good and the bath room.
Freindly and helpful family staff, Comfortable, clean room and
convenient location for nec & lg Arena.
Nothing whatsoever.
If you are a light sleeper you may find the planes disturb you early morning but the plus side is you are so close to the International airport and railway station.
Nothing we didn't like.
Nothing to do with the B&B itself, the location was fine, though was
just a shame that the nearest convenience's were over a mile away!.
There was nothing to dislike. Being close to an airport is likely to
incur aircraft noise, noticeable but not disconcerting on our
previous visit, not in evidence on this. On neither occasion did we
notice any traffic noise. For a budget-price stop-over one cannot
fault Church Farm.
Can be on path of planes and is next to church that likes to ring bells at odd hours. That did not prevent good sleep, but could be a problem in summer.
Mattress was a bit firm, but this was only negative we could think of.
Furniture, bed linen and curtains a bit dated but were clean.
the yard was full of weeds and needed some high maintanance, couldnt get an early breakfast at 6.30. after all its just a stop over while travelling and breakfast is the most important meal of the day. all said I did get a butty when I got in,.
Nothing.
nothing.
nothing.
Slightly further out from the city.
Nothing.
it was cold one night, due to the heating not being on.
It was looking a bit tired and the room is due for a make over.
It felt as if we were eating breakast in the proprioters'
living/dining room at 1 big dining table which is not for me.
I would have preferred a seperate table but that's just
personal choice.
