  This was the best place I stayed out of 3 hotels in Istanbul! It was super budget friendly but also had really beautiful rooms, really clean and the staff were amazing! it has has a kitchenett so you can make your own meals and the rooms are really spacious. I really liked how the staff would go out of their way to assist us in any way they could!... what people say » Now that i found thus place i would stay here ever time I am in Istanbul!! - The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help, especially Mr.Salih.   Each time we arrived "home" to this hotel we were greeted with exceptional warmth. Arriving back after a very difficult day's travel we were treated to a share of the family's meal.....a delicious share! The location of the hotel is great. The location is perfect, as it is walking distance from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia.   Location, comfort and breakfast - all faultless. Room 227 was indeed a superior room with a stunning sea view, plus tea/coffee facility. Female staff were incredibly helpful. Young male reception staff varied. Very happy to stay at Hotel Kalyon again.and thank you to all helpful and attentive staff! - Istanbul is eclectic, lively and definitely worth several days exploration! The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we requested anything. After leaving the hotel, when a problem arose, the reception staff were amazing and could not have done more to assist. The location was perfect to visit the main attractions in the city, which were within walking distance. It was also situated on the coast overlooking the Sea.
