The bed was very comfortable and the locatıon was excellent. Plenty to eat!. the manager was extremely rude when I querıed movıng from a prıvate room (whıch I had booked ) to a shared room. He had a quıck temper accordıng to others and made my fırst nıght ın Istanbul memorable for the wrong reasons.The other staff were extremely accomodatıng and frıendly and apologetıc for the upsettıng experıence.
