My friend and I stayed for 4 nights the apartment we had was ideal for our needs ,It was ideally located for visiting all tourist sites ,but you need to be fit for the steep hills ,very clean ,lovely Bulgarian maid came in every day and changed towels and bed again on third day, we did not realize breakfast was included but was fantastic ,after that we didn't need to eat till evening time ,restaurants very near by and reasonable prices ,they have taken over a building opposite,and are opening m.
all reviews » clean rooms and apartments, food good , very friendly stuff and managers ,you can keep ur luggage after check out at hotel until your flight time , its a group of buildings including SUR HOTEL , its budget and cost saving for staying near the historical places which is 4 mins walking from the hotel. Professional greeting on arrival, lovely and clean and close to main attractions and shops. Ground floor apartment was a bonus as no lift if you had to carry a heavy case up to the top floor. Good breakfast and helpful staff if you required anything. Thank You. Excellent service, nice staff and good buffet breakfast overlooking the sea. And in the middle of the main attractions. All are within 5 to 10 mins walk, very handy location. Highly recommended, it has good kitchen facilities in the apartment. Apartment had exactly what we needed, no less, no more. It's located in perfect place. Staff from apartment and also from Sur Hotel, they helped us a lot!. We got upgraded from a double to an apartment which was great! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Apartment was spotless and in a great location!. Everything worked except the freezer was frozen over and I had to defrost it to put some icecream in that I had bought.Apart fromthat all was fine. very helpfull staff! ...breakfast at the terrase (small, sometimes crowded) but with very nice view at the sea with morning sun... Nice neighbourhood and accessible. موقعه و قربه من المدينة. rooms are small , its suitable for 2 persons max, if u want bigger size u can take apartment which is not that much expensive and every thing else is perfect .... Nothing comes to mind a very nice place to stay for a holiday in Instanbul. Every day cleaning staff tried to open door even without knocking. Never had seen that before... You can hear train during all day, so unluckily it's too close to train tracks. The aircon didnt work well and being a very cold winter it would have been nice. in the apartment downstairs beside the reception it was too noisy!. Lots of noise heard from other apartments and front door to apartment building was VERY heavy/ slammed shut every time. They are not. No elevator Tram shaking My room was next to breakfast kitchenette and sitting area. Noisy but people tried to be quite. Next to the train track. Five of us put into a studio room and not the apartment booked because we arrived earlier. Watch out for the three flights of stairs. Breakfast room is small and hard to accommodate a family of five travelling together. الافطار كان ضعيف بالاضافة الى اصوات النزلاء الاخرين التي كنا نسمعها داخل الغرفة و كأنهم داخل غرفتنا بالاضافة الى ان السعر لا يتناسب مع الخدمات المقدمة.
