  I stayed at this establishment twice during my recent vacation to Poland. As I reported in my first note, I found it very welcoming, friendly, excellent value for money, and quite comfortable. I, as an older gent, particularly appreciated the high security, and the fact there is a lift to the 5th floor, where the Hostel is located. - I arrived after a 27 hr coach trip from London. THe receptionist who handled my booking was Joanna, the boss herself. I was immediately made to feel at ease and completely welcome, and nothing was too much trouble for her to do. THe other girls on duty during the two days of my first visit (I an currently here again for another four nights) kept up the standards set by Pani Joanna. I thouroughly recommend this establishment.   Amazing atmosphere in the hostel. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was included and you had the option of getting dinner if you helped cook it! You had the use of all the kitchen facilities and there were washing machines available to wash your clothes if needed. Staff took everyone out on a pub crawl every night which was fant... what people say » astic. The whole hostel was very clean and modern and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hostel is in a great location, only a 5 minute walk - The best hostel I've ever been to! From the time of check-in to when we left, our experience was awesome. There are lots of activities organized by the staff, there is breakfast and dinner provided, it's easy to meet fun new people from around the world, and the location is perfect - very close to the bus/train station and all the sights. The staff even offered to take everyone around the bars at night. There was a range of ages there and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Stay here!

  Without a doubt the best hostel i've ever stayed. Excellent location just in the city center. Bathrooms and rooms cleaned multiple times per day. Delicious buffet breakfast and free dinner every evening. Bar & restaurant downstairs, but most important great staff that will be more than happy to help you 24/7. Provides city guided trips, evening party, pub crawls etc. but will also help you find the nearest locksmith F.E - Greg & Tom has the best staff ever. Friendly, helpful and always there for you with a big(and beautiful) smile. You have to pay for the breakfast, but it's very worthwhile. The included dinner was very nice too. The rooms and showers/toilets were clean. This hostel has the best location, on the main street of Krakow. Definitely recommend!

  Perfect location! Just in the Main Market Square! Excelent staff, all with good english and friendly. Breakfast included! Simple, but it's what you need.   Fantastic hostel! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Krakow's Old Town and just 10-15 mins walk from the station. The hostel itself was very clean, the staff were friendly, the beds were really comfortable with fresh sheets provided. Since it is a fairly new hostel, it is a work in progress..so they are still improving it. It is clean, safe and inexpensive, an excellent place to see the sights and experience Krakow by foot. All the interesting place are walkable.
