Fantastic hostel! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Krakow's Old Town and just 10-15 mins walk from the station. The hostel itself was very clean, the staff were friendly, the beds were really comfortable with fresh sheets provided. There was plenty of locker space with complete wifi coverage and breakfast thrown in. The Old Town itself is incredible - absolutely gorgeous buildings, great restaurants and it's really, really cheap. All in all this is a great little hostel in an a.

Since it is a fairly new hostel, it is a work in progress..so they are still improving it. It is clean, safe and inexpensive, an excellent place to see the sights and experience Krakow by foot. All the interesting place are walkable. Excellent location. It's like a family hostel, both brothers were really helpful. They organize very good tours for the salt mines and Aushwitz. A mini bus came pick us up in the hostel. I recommend ask them to book a taxi to take you to the airport, we paid less than by tram (32zl). everything was new and comfortable, also very clean. We had room with private bathroom and balcony. Everything was absolutely clean, breakfast was very good for hostel. It felt more like family hotel for us. The best about this hostel is the location, you are right in the center of Krakow. The heart of Old Town, near by everything you might need for your stay as restaurants , markets , souvenir shops ,banks , tour agents ... It takes 2 minutes walking to The Main Market Square. Clean, friendly, more than willing to help out. Nice location, cleanness, friendly staff. It doesn't have a hob or oven (does have a microwave) so cooking for yourself is an issue. But the nearby restaurants are great and really cheap. no stove, so you are not able to cook a warm meal. Although there is a microwave. Maybe they can have a hotplate. The only problem is the noise from the tram during the night. It passes almost every 5min and during all night. The hostel is really in the center so, has this inconvenient. In the first night it was difficult for me to sleep but after I got used to it and it was not that problematic. This problem just happens in rooms 1,2 and 3, with city view. Since the hostel is in the center, you have to be ready for street noise in the night expecially from trams. Parking in Krakow is difficult, you have to pay expensive private parking or during weekend try luck in zones C where it is free. breakfast not so good, lack of curtains, no room entertainment - eg. radio or tv. Breakfast can be improved. There is no mirror in the girl's room ;(. The room in 4 days was never cleaned. Our bathroom was outside the room, close to the canteen and once was used by other people because it wasn't a key. The breakfast was ok but always the same. No faults at all. Design is rather poor, but I think that's because the hostel opened not long ago.
