Everything about my stay at the Crystal Suites was perfect. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything that I needed, including a very reliable and fast internet connection. It was located close to the Market Square and lots of other sites, which made it easy to explore Krakow by foot or tram.

Everything. My son and I arrived late and so the night gaurd greeted us and walked us to our room. We had an adorable apartment that with an extra cot or two could easily accomodate a family with a couple of small children. It was very clean and quiet at night. They staff was very friendly and accommodating. They washed a couple loads of laundry for us as it was the second stop of a 3 city vacation for my son and I. I liked the spacious room and the interior designs as well as brilliant staff, helpful and very polite. Breakfast was delicious, yet simple. The view from our window was amazing and the whole atmosphere made me feel relaxed and happy. -

The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was bright and well appointed and it was a real bonus to have access to a washing machine to catch up with laundry. Our room had a magnificent view of the Market Square. The location was very convenient for places of interest and lots of restaurants and cafes.
