requests needed and not understood all we needed to do was type request
onto the computer and it was translated for the manager and answered for

The hotel was superb! We were the first guests in the hotel.. Initially we had booked the hotel for one day but then as our planned has changed I called the hotel to change it and include the day prior our initial booking. stocked grocery store, a drugstore and a bakery are just downstairs. The
city centre is reachable by tram, but if the weather is good a walk on
the riverside is highly recommended. Friendly and considerate owner. We
will definitely stay there again. -

This apartment was a great last minute find. It was huge and brand
new. Kitchen had everything we needed and bathroom was super clean.
Loved the decor. But the best part was its location. Very close to
Wawel and the Square but on a quiet street which is rare in Krakow. We
will visit again!
