This hotel has been open about 8 months after being built over a 2 year period by the owners who wanted to do it right - and they have done it right ! Beautiful room , new, modern and homey at the same time. Pillows, Douvets, mattress, carpets are really done well and provide a great night sleep. Elevators are large, bright, clean and quick. Staff are exceptional , friendly, informed and they all seem to love working here. Shower only in the bright bathroom but the towels are huge and fluffy as.

Initially we had booked the hotel for one day but then as our planned has changed I called the hotel to change it and include the day prior our initial booking. The staff was very helpful - they did actually let us stay in the hotel the day prior its official opening (as it turned out later), hence we know we were the ultimate first guests there:) We were treated with nice bottle of wine for the first night and bottle of Cava for th. Don’t look further – if you are visiting Krakow, you should stay this hotel! Courtesy and friendly stuff always smiling, great rooms and amenities and the great breakfast. It is about 10minutes walk to the city center, but close to Jewish quarter and I didn’t mind the walk. There are 24hr open store right front of the hotel and many great restaurant nearby. Bed was super comfortable and they provide free water and sparkling water every day! I stayed in Junior suite (#207) and Classic room (#406. this is possibly one of the nicest hotels i have ever stayed in - especially for the star rating and price. the location is perfect for the jewish quarter,which is just across the road and only a 15 min walk into the main town square. This meant we did not need to buy tram tickets which is what we have always done before. The hotel is spotless,rooms very quiet and the staff really great. In my opinion the prices will rise very soon so grab it while you can...definitely a 4 star +. This was a great hotel, certainly the best we stayed in during our 2 weeks in Poland. We arrived about 9PM and our navigator took us into a neighborhood that appeared to be a slum and could not locate the property until a taxi driver told us that we should have made a right instead of a left. We finally found it and were delighted that we found a jewel in the most centrally area. the hotel had only been open for 1 month and it was a luxury to have stayed there which we were delighted with. One word that sums it up "Magnificent". The hotel is a very nice place to stay and centrally located to the main tourrist areas in Krakow. The staff was outstanding and I travel significantly.
