We had rented a car and did not have any clue where we would park it.
The desk clerk was so happy to assist us. He gave us the last space in
the back of the hotel at 2100. The desk clerks were all very friendly
and let us leave our bags for about 8 hours. They even found a camera

Staff was very friendly and helpful and spole English.Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Location was good for tourist since it was near Old Town. Parking was behind the hotel and very accessible if you needed to use your car. Overall nice, convenient place to stay in Krakow to be near the tourist sites.

We booked this hotel when looking for a place to stay for one night somewhere near Krakow. Firstly, I think it is worth mentioning that the photos of apartment room do not suite the reality. The rooms are clean but look very basic, not like those showed in the pictures. However, it is well located so you can reach many places of interest in Poland

This is a very charming place, with a very friendly restaurant serving excellent food. Our window gave us a view of the Dunajec River. The walk into the center of town was easy. Staff — Krysia — was exceptional. -

Nice clean and modern hotel with friendly staff that has excellent level of English. The hotel is surrounded with shopping centers, which is quite useful. You can reach the center of the city by bus within 15 minutes. The breakfast is very, very tasty and has large amount of different dishes. There is a hairdressing salon right in the hotel.
