the hotel was was excellent.it was full for most of the six days we were there but was very quiet most of the time.The breakfast were brilliant with plenty of choice of both hot and cold food.it was excellent value for money. the bus into Krakow was regular and cheap at 3.80 zloty but beware you must get a ticket either before you get on the bus or immediately you are on and make sure you activate it.we were not told exactly what to do and ended up having to pay a fine equivalent to £50 There a.
all reviews » Nice clean and modern hotel with friendly staff that has excellent level of English. The hotel is surrounded with shopping centers, which is quite useful. You can reach the center of the city by bus within 15 minutes. The breakfast is very, very tasty and has large amount of different dishes. There is a hairdressing salon right in the hotel. The hotel is in a nice quiet location. Easy travel to the city by taxi or courtesy shuttle service for a small fee. Aquapark and Shopping Centre close to hotel. Excellent customer service provided by all staff. Buffet breakfast very good. Spa area lovely and Spa staff excellent. Would highly recommend to other travellers. The hotel was very posh and clean and good value for money. Only 10 minute drive to the centre but if I was to go back I would rather stay in the centre as I didn't really like getting taxis too and from places. Although it wasn't far it would have been easier to stay in the centre as we only went for 3 nights. Spa hours very short, Would prefer an earlier opening time. I didn't like that the spa was only open of an evening. 4pm-10pm. I would much rather have used the spa of a morning, not have to come back from the centre to use it then have to get ready again to head back out. Everything was okay nothing to complain about. Nothing. Hair dresser was closed, even they have advertising that is open. - lack of coffee/tea making facilities - Got twin instead of double bed. Signs leading to the hotel...missing. Far from center. Hard bad. Breakfast and location little far out but cheap taxi's made it ok. There is no wifi in the rooms :(. - Breakfast : lot of choice but low quality (no real fruit juice, etc.) - Spa : opening time too short. No tea/coffee in rooms, would have liked a spa in the hotel. Car park to pricy!!!. expensive. - It is a 3 stars hotel, not a 4 one because it doesn't have: minibar, airport shuttle, safe deposit box, bath wraps, slippers and wi-fi in the room. - Breakfast very poor - wifi not available in rooms - night club closed - parking with extra fees is required also for left luggage in the reception - all servives (sauna and relax center) available with with extra fees.
