  The Qubus hotel is a fantastic hotel in every way imaginable. Right from the friendly staff through to the tastefully decorated modern rooms, it was a great experience. The resteraunt served good food for a fair price and the buffet breakfast is the best I have ever seen. Great location, you can walk along the river to the castle and then into town really easily. Staff are excellent and all speak English. We organised airport transfers and a transfer to Auschwitz with "Krakow Shuttles" over the web, and it was a piece of cake; very reliable.

  It is a lovely place with a great service, unfortunatlly we had only one night stay, but it was the best! Our room was spacious and modern with a really original bathroom, wooden bathtube, Bvlgari set ( eau au the vert) makes it really special. Breakfast was really good, hot meals as scrambled eggs, hot sausages were avaiable. Swimming pool and saunas are - We had the most romantic night with my husbend! The atmosphere, people around, beautiful surroundings, modern design, amazing views and really good food and wine makes this place really special! We absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to escape from the city and have a romantic time or just rest. You will find there peace and calm it is a little bit like the time goes slower in NoName;-)

  Fantastic location, just 300 meters from the old city gate, but in a quiet location. Very spacious, lovely long couch and large balcony and great kitchen. The staff were wonderful. This place has security 24/7 so very safe. Paulina in particular was fantastic when we kept having trouble with the wifi. If you experience the same(but hopefully they ... what people say » improve it) then you can easily sit in the foyer and use the building wifi, the login is on the front of the security desk. Krakow is a beautiful city - Excellent apartment and ideally located to bus/train station and not too far from the Old Town. Apartment had all mod cons one could ask for: home away from home.

  Brilliant customer service - staff could not do more for us. Our airline "mislaid" our suitcases and the staff went out of their way to help, even offering to go to the airport when they turned up the next day. Awesome decor - like going back in time. The taxi to the airport on the way home (orga - We had an amazing room. It was as if it might have been an artist's garret apartment. Lots of light, spacious. Small kitchen area. Staff warm and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the basement that has Michelin recognition with cost much less than it would at home. Location was also excellent.

  The hotel is extremely clean (moreover, the lady who cleand our room was very kind), all the staff is really helpful and friendly and the food is fantastic. We spent a really nice time there and we will definitely come back again. What we would like to find in the hotel next time - is a kettle to make some tea in our room as we drink quite a lot o... what people say » f tea (but the hotel did not declare kettles anywhere, it is just our own idea and our own request). We would like to thank the staff for such a pleas - Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay very much. I appreciated that the hotel was cosy and really clean, I liked the food (delicious dinners and breakfast - with a wide choice - really admirable for the hotel of this size - many thanks to the chef). We were also pleased that we found quite a lot of mineral water (still and sparkling) in the minibar - more than in other hotels. Thank you once more and we will come back again.
