  The hotel was beautiful, the rooms spotless and so tastefully decorated. We were very lucky to be given an upgrade to the nicest suite, I'd mentioned is was my husbands birthday the day we arrived and they left a box of delicious polish chocs as a gift for him.   Hotel Grodek is an excellent small hotel, with no detail left unattended. Its location is far better than any other hotel I saw in Krakow -- perfectly quiet, only two short blocks to the main square with easy access to the Jewish quarter.   We stayed in Queen Boutique Hotel in November 2013, in a double room for two nights. Our room was really large, located on the top floor and had a nice view of historical tenement houses of Kazimierz. Through the roof windows you could see the sky which was nice too. The main street is quite busy but we weren't disturbed by the noise - the windows... what people say » must be well soundproofed. Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom really nice, clean and with heated floor. The room is well equipped in tea& - The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us. Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a meal in their restaurant. The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.
