  The lovely lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Provided us with an extra fan as it was a little warm in our room. The location is amazing for the price just off the main square.   Novum House is in a wonderful location about a 5 min walk to the main square, which while we were there had a great Christmas market! Thank you to Thomas and Rafael who went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one.   Can't rate this place enough! Situated on a pretty pedestrian street, it was a little bit difficult to find at first but friendly passers by were happy to help. We were greeted at the reception by a lovely girl who was full of maps, suggestions & recommendations (a few of which we tried out & they didn't disappoint!). The apartment it - The Staff where brilliant and the so was the property, we originally booked the 6 room however they also offered a seperate room for us just so we could have 2 bathrooms. Every day and night they where helpful even when they let us in the aprtments at 5 in the morning after a heavy night. If you looking for a place bang in the centre seconds from all the best bars and restaurants this is the place for you. Wonderful place. The large rooms were great, especially int eh heat. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and we had clean sheets daily. The building is lovely.
