  Brilliant customer service - staff could not do more for us. Our airline "mislaid" our suitcases and the staff went out of their way to help, even offering to go to the airport when they turned up the next day. Awesome decor - like going back in time. The taxi to the airport on the way home (orga - We had an amazing room. It was as if it might have been an artist's garret apartment. Lots of light, spacious. Small kitchen area. Staff warm and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the basement that has Michelin recognition with cost much less than it would at home. Location was also excellent.

  The Qubus hotel is a fantastic hotel in every way imaginable. Right from the friendly staff through to the tastefully decorated modern rooms, it was a great experience. The resteraunt served good food for a fair price and the buffet breakfast is the best I have ever seen. I certainly would make a trip back to Krakow just to stay there again. - E... what people say » xcellent Hotel. All the western luxuries, but in the middle of Krakow. Great location, you can walk along the river to the castle and then into town really easily. Staff are excellent and all speak English. We organised airport transfers and a transfer to Auschwitz with "Krakow Shuttles" over the web, and it was a piece of cake; very reliable.
