We will book again at this B & B - great location, right next to the main square. I can't say anything about the B&B, since we got an apartment in the same street, which made this a great value. So the apartment was equipped with full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room with couch and spare bed and laundry facilities. We were very pleased. Helpful staff and generous with late checkout.

  I have stayed at this apartment three times and will always stay there if I can when I'm in Krakow. I love the apartment. It's in a brilliant location and has a wonderful atmosphere about it. It's cosy but has a modern kitchen and bathroom. Best of all it has a fireplace downstairs, where you can sit and listen to music. Michal who looks after the apartment is friendly and helpful (although Michal, we need more kindling as - This apartment is amazing. Right in the centre of everything. Shops and restaurants a few mins away. So nice to come home from a day sight seeing to a lovely big jacuzzi and a roaring fire. The guy who greeted us was very nice and very friendly. Would recommend staying here and we hope to return.

Great location, you can walk along the river to the castle and then into town really easily. Staff are excellent and all speak English.   All members of staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and dinner in the restaurant was excellent. I think the staff at the Conrad Hotel are an asset to the hotel. - the restaurant is nice the hotel is quite clean and comfortable
