Our stay was fantastic. The staff were the most helpful we have encountered. They couldn't do enough for us. The room was perfect and clean. We were on a tight schedule and they organized a private driver for the day. He was there in 15 minutes (with no notice) and was equally as good. Robert the owner was very efficient in answering any queries that we had. He ensured our stay was comfortable. Location was perfect, approx 15 minute walk from the old town and 2 minutes from the jewish quarter. Apartments wer clean and well equipped. I would highly recommend staying here.

The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've
met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us.
Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is
pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a
meal in their restaurant.
The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

The Wielopole was a lovely hotel, the staff were delightful and the facilities were very good. If I went to Krakow again I would definitely stay there. - Location close to city center and Jewish quarters, rooms decent size and very clean, breakfast was great and staff extremely helpful.

The location is good, it is close to the Vistula for cycling, close to Kazimierz and are public transit hub is very close too. Nevertheless it is not a touristic area at all and strolling through the streets nearby gives you a glimps of "real life". -

This apartment was a great last minute find. It was huge and brand
new. Kitchen had everything we needed and bathroom was super clean.
Loved the decor. But the best part was its location. Very close to
Wawel and the Square but on a quiet street which is rare in Krakow. We
will visit again!
