The desk clerk was so happy to assist us. He gave us the last space in
the back of the hotel at 2100. The desk clerks were all very friendly
and let us leave our bags for about 8 hours. They even found a camera

Parking was behind the hotel and very accessible if you needed to use your car. Overall nice, convenient place to stay in Krakow to be near the tourist sites.

The free breakfast that was included in the cost was soo good...not just your ordinary continental breakfast, you had your choice of hot items as well. Our room was small but elegant with a nice modern bathroom, a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and 3 bottles of water each day. Very well-located in the historic centre of Krakow, 5 minutes walk from the Rynek (market square). Friendly personnel, nice room, which despite the heatwave and the absence of air-co kept an acceptable temperature. Lots of life 24/7 in the surrounding area without it being noisy in the late evening/night. All-in-all, an excellent place to stay.

Lovely helpful staff. Basic but clean and comfortable . Breakfasts were nice , buffet style , nice selection,though choices were basically the same every day. 2nd time I have stayed here and really enjoyed it. Only a 15-20 min walk to castle and town from the hoteland some nice runs by the nearby river , if like me you are a runner -
