The hotel is very clean. Breakfast is fine with a decent selection. Staff are very helpful. The location to the centre of Krakow is about 3 minutes walk. I searched your site to find a central hotel which provided a breakfast. The classic provided both of these with a reasonable price. No tea/coffee facilities in room. We asked for non-smoking, double, and initially received a smoking room with twin beds. We were then given an option to another room, which was also for smokers (all of the rooms so it seems are for smokers) but it smelled less. the "double bed" was two twin beds put together. otherwise, the thin walls and doors allowed all noises to be easily heard.Hotel smelt generally of smoke, very thin doors could hear constant noise from other rooms/corridors, breaffast was inedible and im not a fussy eater, worst of all double room means 2 single beds pushed togerher and 2 single duvets horrible. I have moved from Qubus hotel to this one, based on guest reviews. Wasvery dissapointed. Internet did not work at all. Spend 4 hours tryign tofix it. The accesc is only granted to local computers. The bed was oldand not comfortable.The room smelt badly of cigarette smoke and when queried we were advised it was a non-smoking room! Given we were non-smokers it was very uncomfortable and all our clothes smelt of smoke for our entire stay.
