  The Wielopole was a lovely hotel, the staff were delightful and the facilities were very good. If I went to Krakow again I would definitely stay there. - Location close to city center and Jewish quarters, rooms decent size and very clean, breakfast was great and staff extremely helpful.

The hotel itself was very clean, the staff helpful when required and very good value for money - I booked a double, having requested it in the notes, and we may have been given a suite for the same price as it was huge! Separate living room and bedroom and our own balcony with an excellent view. The staff spoke flawless English and were very accommodating. The selection at breakfast was very good, as long as you don't expect to go to Poland and get a full English. The location is excellent.

  Walking distance of the castle and old town and Jewish Quarter. Great Price. The reason for the price is the location (5th floor). The people in the building and neighborhood are friendly. There is plenty of room in the apartment. All tv is in Polish. Great chance to learn Polish if you want. All the free cigarette smoke you want in the stair case... what people say » up the 5 floors of walking too! You do not have to buy your cigarettes just breath the air! Parking is only $11/day on the street! You must pay from - Robert the owner was very efficient in answering any queries that we had. He ensured our stay was comfortable. Location was perfect, approx 15 minute walk from the old town and 2 minutes from the jewish quarter. Apartments wer clean and well equipped. I would highly recommend staying here.

I am very keen on sightseeing so going to the city center was a must and it can be easiliy done with 5 or 6 tram lines that stop maybe 100m from the hotel.   All members of staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and dinner in the restaurant was excellent. I think the staff at the Conrad Hotel are an asset to the hotel. - the restaurant is nice the hotel is quite clean and comfortable
