  The lovely lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Provided us with an extra fan as it was a little warm in our room. The location is amazing for the price just off the main square. And on the south side so closer to the Jewish quarter, Castle etc. I recommend room 8 for a party of up to 5 and would stop here again if I visit Krakow agai... what people say » n - Staff we helpful, spoke great English. The apartment was bright and well appointed and it was a real bonus to have access to a washing machine to catch up with laundry. Our room had a magnificent view of the Market Square. The location was very convenient for places of interest and lots of restaurants and cafes.

  The apartment was central to all amenities and away from the busier squares but very close to the many squares,restaurants and markets. The view was superb and facilities were more than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised. Security was excellent, doors had double locks and each apartment had keys for the lift and the shared door (between 2 apart... what people say » ments) free safe and internet access- great!! - We loved staying in an apartment full of character and charm, rather than a modern hotel. We got quick helpful responses to a couple of emailed queries before our visit, and this was matched by the friendly welcome from the receptionist on our arrival. The apartment was well-kitted out, and very comfortable - the efficient 24 hour heating was especially welcome during our January stay!

  Oh my gosh, I loved the staff. I have stayed in hotels in SLovenia, Thailand, Paris, Barcelona, Turkey, Italy, Lebanon, Australia and Jordan in the past two years and no hotel has offered the friendly staff of Hotel Unicus. I don't think I have stayed in a Hotel which impressed me more in terms of the st - a wonderful place to stay, we arrived on a overnight train so turned up to the Hotel at 7.00am expecting to leave our bags there and check in later. The staff offered us breakfast and then said they would telephone us when our room was ready, they did about 2 hours later. Amazing...very clean, great breakfast selection. The ultra modern shower needs a better door to stop water going all over the floor.overall all very good, we WILL be back...
