  Great staff! Arrived at 7 am, and the receptionist arrived early to let me in. She also took plenty of time to give me great advice on what to see/do in Krakow. Also my room was ready upon arrival early in the morning. The staff of Komorowski really go the extra mile on service and arranging things for you. Rooms were very nice. Even before arri... what people say » val the staff was busy trying to arrange everything and provide information. The combination of luxury rooms and a hostel-like atmosphere are unique. - The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly and really go the extra mile to help with everything from directions to organising a birthday cake and a particular type of wine as part of the romantic getaway package for my husbands birthday. The driver also greeted us at the airport with a Happy Birthday sign, which was a lovely touch ! The hotel is very luxurious and although there are cheaper places to stay if you have the money and want comfort and luxury then this is the place !!

  Excellent location. Design - just great! Impossible to meet in any hotel room. Very modern. Perfect service. Brand new building. Clean. Pure comfort. (the owner already fixed the problem with hot water ;-) -all worked perfectly. For such standard in a hotel you have to pay twice as much. Highly recommended!!!! - We've spent here great time. Everyth... what people say » ing was... just like it should be. Perfect place for a romantic weekend. Very high standard and nice and helpfull staff. Very good location. I will come back for sure for pleasure as good as on business trips.
