Property lifted way above the general run of regional highway motels by an operator who is consummate professional. Room was excellent, location worked for us but it was the owner who stood out with his very warm greeting, eagerness to put us on right path for things to see and do, places to eat etc. and genuine wish for us to enjoy his town. -

We were on business and the room was excellent for meeting our business partner to have a meeting. Great outlook. Manager was very helpful and also allowed us late check out as our flight was 1250 hours. -

Karen was very friendly and accommodated our needs by putting us all downstairs in 3 rooms beside one another. We were travelling with 2 80yr olds.The rooms very very clean and bright and Gisborne turned on a stunner day. -
