We booked an extra day (prior to our original booking), originally we were not able to book into the same room, however when we arrived lovely staff had arranged another room so that we did not have to book out and back in again. This way we were Abe to relax more. All staff were lovely. I also stay at Oaks on Charlotte when staying in Brisbane. -

Staff were excellent and most helpful with any request. We were on 8th floor and although we didn't have harbour views we found our two bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable and wifi was good
Cold water unit in reception was a bonus to the bottled water in the fridge daily

really friendly and clean. did not charge our credit card before we got there. Unlike the airport hotel where we stayed the night before. If these places charge your credit card before you get there and charge you a 2% fee you might as well use wotif ti find accommodation as well. -

The staff are extremely professional whilst still being friendly. Service was great as was the high tea experience. The location takes some beating for easy access to the City attractions. The entry level room was spotlessly clean, a good size for two, very comfortable & well appointed. This hotel really knows a thing or two of service provision & has totally changed my alliance from my usual Auckland 5 star Hotel to the Stamford - can't wait to return – thanks to all.

We loved the comfort of our beds, got the best sleep and the staff the were lovely and friendly and couldn't do enough for us to make our stay comfortable, parking was excellent and lovely to be able to walk to the bank and coffee shop just beside it plus only a few minutes away from our conference! The location of the hotel is awesome! We had a view of the water and of the Sky Tower. It was incredible! We could walk everywhere and there is a great pub right by it too. We had a two bedroom suite and we were really impressed with how spacious it was and how clean and cool it looked. It hasa modern design. We each haf our own bathroom. The room had a nice kitchen and washer and dryer. It was great and we will ddefinitely stay there again next time we are in Auckland!
