Everything was marvellous with supreme comfort and meticulous attention to detail. Marlene is a friendly and warm hostess and very obliging. Breakfast was superb. Excellent value for solo travellers.

Everything. The staff were the 2 most friendliest I have come across. Location was great tucked away behind the shops,etc with no traffic noise. So close to the sports facilities, bottle stores, restaurants and shops that matter. The room was immaculately clean and was a pleasure to stay in. AAAA++++ Thanks. -

We were delighted with the hotel and its location (very near the Sky Tower). Although it several blocks, we were able to walk to the hotel from the pier where our cruise ship docked. Because we arrived early, the room was not yet ready, but the waiting area was comfortable and had a large TV. I was also able to pay a small fee to check my e-mail

No frills accommodation at pocket-friendly price with reasonably close proximity to the Auckland Airport. There is 24hr complimentary shuttle services (30 min interval) to and from Ibis. 3min walk to Countdown Supermarket across the road. Room was clean and functional. For the price, it is value-for-money!
Although the website describes that Ibis is 10 minutes' walk from the Airport, I would not recommend walking there. Simply wait for the shuttle bus at the bus stop near the taxi pick-up point -
The hotel is easily accessed by the free shuttle bus, however late at
night/early mornings this runs only every half hour so we walked
to the airport to catch our 6am flight and it wasn't too far to
walk at all.
Check-in was easy, the staff very attentive and the room clean and sufficient. Nice shower with good water pressure.
There is a fantastic gastro pub downstairs (can't remember the name) with great ambiance and a killer Fijian curry. A large 24 hour supermarket is also across the street

They were very good when we came in late they waited up for us past closing. Friendly people. Location was good for us as we had family near by. And a straight run to Auckland city. Clean motel fresh white clean sheets. -

Het hotel was dicht bij het vliegveld, wat automatisch betekent dat je dus ver weg van de stad zit. Het hotel was schoon en de kamers waren prima voor het geld dat je betaald. De shuttlebus naar het vliegveld wordt bij de receptie prima geregeld.

We booked an extra day (prior to our original booking), originally we were not able to book into the same room, however when we arrived lovely staff had arranged another room so that we did not have to book out and back in again. This way we were Abe to relax more. All staff were lovely. I also stay at Oaks on Charlotte when staying in Brisbane. -

Staff were excellent and most helpful with any request. We were on 8th floor and although we didn't have harbour views we found our two bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable and wifi was good
