The staff were welcoming and helpful. Location is ideal, central but quiet and our room was excellent value. the beds were comfortable and room was clean and though not large it was well furnished with adequate facilities to make our stay easy. The bathroom was particularly well equipped with a spacious and responsive shower. Free wifi was a great asset for my teenage daughter and when we realised we had forgotten a charger for her IPod the hotel helped out by lending us one (5€ refundable depo

Turning left out of the central train station, it's an easy 5-minute walk away. Seemingly half the city's trams pass through the station out front. I had a conference at the convention center, which is a 10-minute walk on mainly pedestrian streets.

Absolutely nothing at all to find any kind of fault with. The level of customer service was exceptionally high, the room and bathroom were slick, functional and modern, and the buffet breakfast sumptuous! The Weekend Rate is very good value, if two people share a room. I will definitely be returning to this charming city and hotel in the near futur

Everything! Very new hotel, very clean! It was truly an amazing experience! Location is in close proximity to the Hague (7 minutes to center, even during traffic), Leiden (15 minutes), and Rotterdam (20 minutes). The bathroom is very sanitary and comfortable, and it is very close to the central station and it is just at the main entrance of the station. I must stress the fact that Tally was fantastic. She was great all the way. She helped me keep my reservation, even though it was reported that my card was blocked. She spoke really politely in phone and showed her characteristics of a fantastic staff. I recommend her for promotion with immediate effect. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed, the cleaning ness of the overall internal and external environment, the humility and willingness of the staffs to help and particularly Tally again :). Wonder
