The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. They answered all our munerous questions about the area, as we had not been in this location before. They gave good advise about things to see and transport.
The restaurant was excellent and the staff very helpful.

Had two rooms...quite modern...WiFi worked well, but had to keep inputting the code. Restaurant was fantastic...very limited menu (two choices), but the food was great!
Great parking garage. Rooms were very modern; not sure that the mural of "wheels of Gouda cheese" is the best for a suite give that there are a million canals and amazing photo ops in the area, but that is a minor point.

Absolutely nothing at all to find any kind of fault with. The level of customer service was exceptionally high, the room and bathroom were slick, functional and modern, and the buffet breakfast sumptuous! The Weekend Rate is very good value, if two people share a room. I will definitely be returning to this charming city and hotel in the near futur

Everything! Very new hotel, very clean! It was truly an amazing experience! Location is in close proximity to the Hague (7 minutes to center, even during traffic), Leiden (15 minutes), and Rotterdam (20 minutes). Front desk staff were very good and very attentive. - The staff are very friendly and helpful.The room is very big and comfortable, as well as the bed. The price is resonable. The bathroom is very sanitary and comfortable, and it is very close to the central station and it is just at the main entrance of the station. I would say it is a perfect hotel and recommend you to live there.

The staff were friendly and helpful in all sorts of small ways. I felt I was a welcome guest. Furthermore, I was especially impressed with the facilities and really enjoyed a swim in the pool early in the morning while overlooking the city. That was definitely the highlight of my stay! -
