This place Rocks..New and Clean..Only 2 trolley stops to the center of town. Great location. Saturday and Sunday checkout at 5pm great stuff. I will stay there again. Breakfast was great. Couldnt have been better. just everything... stuff is really friendly and helpful, room is more than i was expected for price...Everything was perfect. The hotel must be one of the best hotels you could stay in.

And there is no clear route instruction on the website. breakfast could be better. The staff was not very helpful or friendly. Walking to the central station from the hotel is 15-20 minutes, but it is not an easy route. Expensive breakfast.you can not open the windows(so by smoking room not so nice).the double room has two single bett instead of a double one so are been moved during sleepping time.smoking room without asstray. that´s it. the location, not very central and you need to take public transports to move. There was just one bin in the mom . You need a bin in the batroom and a door on your bathroom. Did not like smoke glass interfacing the room and shower. Room floor was covered by sticky spots the very first day we moved in. Two days later, the spots were still there. On asecond day, after the "housekeeping service" we found the trash bin in a toilet has not been emptied, while the empty facial tissue box has not been refilled. On a third day, after the "housekeeping service", we discovered that the glasses and cofee cups dissapeared. Quite funny!. The dinner service in the restaurant is very poor. I waited 50 minutes for a starter and there were only 14 other diners. Next night I had to send a main course back because it was inedible (very tough lamb!). lack of services, such as laundry room service, staff: no potential feedbak. The hotel seems to be very good. But I had to change rooms twice because a ventilation noise, and it was not solved. I complained 3 times, only some of the staff was really useful. In the end I wasn't able to sleep more than a couple of ours. I had to pay for a service I wasn't provided. Furthermore there were no kind of control (even visual) to reach the lifts.yes the service was not decent.
