Corner room on 9th floor with large windows offered fantastic 180 degrees view of Rotterdam. Beautifully designed, quiet and spacious. Spa-bath/whirlpool great extra. Very modern hotel that offers great value for money at a very convenient location, almost on the Maas river and 5-15 minutes walk from the major shopping/nightlife areas, renovated shipping/docking areas, harbour tours etc.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. They answered all our munerous questions about the area, as we had not been in this location before. They gave good advise about things to see and transport.
The restaurant was excellent and the staff very helpful.
Secure car parking below hotel was excellent and convenient.

Had two rooms...quite modern...WiFi worked well, but had to keep inputting the code. Restaurant was fantastic...very limited menu (two choices), but the food was great!
Great parking garage. Rooms were very modern; not sure that the mural of "wheels of Gouda cheese" is the best for a suite give that there are a million canals and amazing photo ops in the area, but that is a minor point.

Absolutely nothing at all to find any kind of fault with. The level of customer service was exceptionally high, the room and bathroom were slick, functional and modern, and the buffet breakfast sumptuous! The Weekend Rate is very good value, if two people share a room. I will definitely be returning to this charming city and hotel in the near futur

Location is in close proximity to the Hague (7 minutes to center, even during traffic), Leiden (15 minutes), and Rotterdam (20 minutes).
