The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful (I was having back spasms and they really took care of me.) I was here about 10 days ago with my friends, the location was really excellent, in the town center and near the train station, staff was helpful and very kind, the reception works 24h a day, it was clean and we had so much fun, I would recommend it if you are coming to Amsterdam.
