everything, this hotel and its staff and location were amazing...have stayed in many places in the world and this was top of its game for sure...thankyou to all the hunky concierge who were so helpful, the bar staff who were friendly, and Amsterdam was beautiful, staying at this hotel made our trip one to remember.Thankyou Park plaza victoria!!!!. the hotel has a first class base from the points of intrest in where you wish to go. the hotel staff could'nt have done enough for my stay there and were very plesent at all times.food was excellent although i found bar prices had increased since my last time staying there but then again still reasonable.
all reviews » The hotel's location was fantastic and the facilities were excellent. The staff were helpful and patient on check-in and when we had to ask for a late check-out due to illness, we were not charged any extra. Receptionist Sara was particularly courteous and helpful. We had a mix up with our booking which was purely our fault, this meant we did not have rooms waiting! The staff were superb and accomodated us at the last minute and were extremely understanding to our circumstances.Great reception staff, our allocated room wasen't up to scratch we asked for a better room it was given without question and no extra charge.do not disturb sign works in this hotel diden;t here cleaning staff at all. On arrival ( the 1st Night of our Honeymoon ) the room reserved was notavailable ..... the Managemernt Team upgraded us and provided us withvip treatmeant for the whole of our 3 days stay -- Just Wonderful !!. The security deposit was not quoted in the booking price, but it was fully refunded upon check-out. - There were works till 11 pm on the street....but the Hotel is not "guilty". I felt that the prices on the mini bar were bit to much. They should offer a breakfast buffet and it would make it a greatgreat deal. The decor is starting to need freshening up. One of the bars was not open for a lot of the time. your website gave an option for a no smoking room which we booked but the hotel was non-smoking. maybe breakfast should have been inc,the mini bar was a bit expensive. Price of the breakfast. Split building with no direct lift to our floor ... but it was no real hassel .. once we knew the route!.
