We had a medical issue and the night receptionist (at 4am) really went the extra mile to help us.

This hotel located in the best, area of Amsterdam with lots of great shopping and restaurants near by. Its newly redone and very modern with stylish rooms. The bathrooms are large with flat screens above the tub.I have been happy with their other hotels as well, the Roemer and Vondel. I highly recommend this hotel to any travellers looking to enjoy a great valued option compared to other ones in this expensive city.

The apartments were very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. It was located a few minutes from Dam Square, one of the main attractions in Amsterdam. There was a great view of the river Amstel from the apartment windows with all the boats passing by at regular intervals.

I do not have anything bad to say about this apartment . It is very nicely decorated and comfortable. it was very cold when we arrived and our host had the heating switched on,nice touch. The apartment was as advertized,clean, has all conveniences and despite being located close to the city center was quiet and cozy, view is beautiful. JoJo, the owner, met as as agreed at the door, helped with the luggage as stairs are steep (but we were warned about it and did not mind), was very friendly and when we had a question late in the evening replied to cell phone call immediately.

I have never stayed in a houseboat before. I was not disappointed. It was a great apparment on the canal. Great view through the large windows. Excellent facilities. Very comfortable bed, good kichenette and excellent bathroom. Close to everything, shops, resaurants, but not noisy - just the right balance. I was on a business trip, but plan to go back in the Spring with my wife. Paul and Patricia were terrific in helping out and providing advice. Great service!
