  The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was nice and varied. The spa was very relaxing and had plenty of different areas, despite the initial shock that swimwear is not permitted. The toiletries and en suite were also to a very high standard. - Our first impression wasn't the best (read the negative comment).   The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room we had was simple but very clean and nice. The shower and toliet was always clean and tidy. Overal we enjoyed our time in the hotel and would stay again. - A main factor of the trip, right in the center of it all, wicked little room, hpw i miss it......

  The hotel's location was near centre, and facilities nearby were good. All staff at hotel were friendly and very helpful. The decor of hotel and rooms was very nice.   The fact that it is so close to the main train station and near the most exiting area of Amsterdam, as well as the fact that my staying in the hotel provided me much comfort. - chilling at the bar. Going for a swim. That there was secure parking. The staff were excellent in helping us when our passports were stolen, when we were out site seeing.

Easy to use the tram system that was not too far from the hotel. Close in proximity to where we needed to go for the Amsterdam maraton.

Difficult to stay anywhere else on our next trip to Amsterdam! A bit of a walk to the center, but perfect if you don't want to live in the marijuana smell or in between two red lights.   Everything. The rooms are huge the bed huge and comfortable the shower huge, good aircon with ventilation, nice big tv with hdmi in for once!. Downstairs two pool tables, ping pong and a gym, bar and restaurant. Close to two tram stops however far from city center. To get from airport was easy get train to city Centre get off first stop called ... what people say » leylee or something then metro two stops. - There was a kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a microwave and a refrigerator. The room was comfortable and clean and it was quiet. There was ample room in the lounge area for hanging out and meeting people and the restaurant appeared to be well attended and a place to socialise. It was also just next to the subway and tram stops which was nice when arriving late at night.
