  The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was nice and varied. The spa was very relaxing and had plenty of different areas, despite the initial shock that swimwear is not permitted. The toiletries and en suite were also to a very high standard. - Our first impression wasn't the best (read the negative comment). But we spoke to the recept... what people say » ionist about our concerns and she was very nice to us, going out of her way to give us a room on the first floor with wi-fi that worked perfectly.

  So many nice extra touches, eg. range of toiletries in bathroom including hairbrush and a pillow menu. Big flat screen tv in the room. Lots of channels on tv, eg. BBC, Sky News.   Comparing the three hotels I've been in my recent european trip, with the same rates as them, Hotel Omega lived up to my expectations in terms of facilities, cleanliness, service, and I could say that I got my money's worth for the stay there. - The girl on arrival was very nice, and helpful.
