  Staff always very welcoming and efficient. Location is excellent being right at a major transport hub. We appreciated the very easy access from both Narita and Haneda airports. On the 27th floor upwards so no noise. Easy to find if you follow signs to Yaesu side of Tokyo station (not the Marunouchi side) then to Yaesu North exit from where there ... what people say » are signs to Sapia Tower, which is the building the hotel is in. - Central location with easy transport links to the city and beyond. Large selection of cafes, shops and restaurants in the station itself and all around. Quiet room, very clean and good facilities. Staff efficient and responded to questions and tasks promptly.

  What i liked most about Hyatt Regency is the location; excellent location, very close to Shinjuku station. And if you are not in the mood for the 5 minute walk to the station, there is the complimentary shuttle bus which leaves from the hotel every 20 minutes to Shinjuku station and Odakyu dept store. Their staff is great, very helpful, efficient ... what people say » and have good command of English. Since we have special dietary needs (halal food) the staff at the caffee were very understanding and helful and warn - Overall nice hotel. But a few points stood out. The Japanese staff were unfailingly polite and obliging. But my check-in was marred by a short Caucasian male concierge staff who cut the queue with another customer without apology. While the local staff were polite they did not hand over enough information such that I repeated myself three times about my Michel Troisgros booking. Access to pool and gym should not be restricted to Passport members but all guests!

We had o oarganise extremely urgent flights, taxis & transfers coaches to Niseko. Having someone like Ishida who showed initiaitve & outstanding customer service was a complete god send to us at a very stressful time. We thankyou & all of your staff for having at least one to two staff who could speawk clear English

  Perfect location for Disneyland. You can book bus from the hotel and it takes 30 mins. Also transport link is within walking distance if you wanna go to central Tokyo although it takes a while. There are Aqua City and Decks nearby so shopping is not a problem and plenty of restaurants if you don't wanna travel too far out. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes. Pay - Excellent service by the staff. Especially at the concierge. We missed our airport limosine and got a full refund from the concierge. I was beyond shocked. Only in Japan I could get such honest and sincere treatment. Location is superb. Right in the heart of Shinjuku towards the east exit of the Shinjuku station hardly 5 min walk. Highly recommended for people who wish to enjoy Tokyo night life and shopping and also easy access to other parts of the city.

  it was our only option since our flight got in very late and none of the trains were running. but it is very convenient if you have a very early flight - Room very clean, staff spoke some English and helpful, next door to Airport was the reason we chose this hotel.

  The room was very large (corner twin room), had a nice view, and it was spotless. The staff were helpful and very professional. The location is very convenient to reach any point in Tokyo (by Metro, railway, or walking). The hotel is in a quiet part of town, specially at night, but there are plenty of restaurants around if you want to walk to dinn... what people say » er. It has great additional services such as a lounge with free tea and coffee 24/7, and free WIFI everywhere in the hotel. The result is very high va - Altough I wanted a non-smoking room but when I reserved with booking there was only smoking room, but when I arrived at the hotel I told them that I am not a smoker and they changed my room to a non-smoking floor, THEREFORE I will give them 10/10 for that! Clean Hotel! Very nice staff and helpful! quiet hotel and area comparing it with alot others. near Mita subway station 2min walk. I would definitely stay here again!

  The hotel is awesome! Like everywhere in Japan they care about these little details which make your stay comfortable! I had a room on a 22nd floor with a wonderful view. The room is not big, but it had everything I needed! The TV is big, so you can watch movies in the evening. There is a pot and tea/coffee facilities with free water in the fridge.... what people say » I loved my blanket and pillow, very comfortable. The bath is new and equipped with everything you need, there are two shower cans for all your needs. - Got bus from airport & they dropped us outside hotel.Lobby is on 16th floor. We chose this hotel in the list of letsbookhotel.com because it was the first time we were going to visit Japan and the localization seemed to be easy for us to go around and the Limousine bus could leave us at the hotel.   The rooms were very nice, very very comfortable beds. We had 2 rooms facing the garden. Loved the view. It wasn't that hard to find the hotel. Best free wifi signals, it deserves 2 thumbs up for that. Short walking distance to the tsukiji market, the staffs were very helpful. They have exclusive amenities which I love their scents so much. There were many restaurants - Our view!!!!! Our room looked out onto Tokyo Tower and if it was clear, Mt Fuji (which it wasn't clear, so we could only barely make out the outline.) With all the rooms above the 25th floor, the skyline view is guaranteed. We had easy access to all kinds of services in the surrounding malls (Pedi-Shiodome, and Carretta). There was easy access also to subway stations, with two nearby. The airport limousine bus brought us right to the hotel from Narita, with a nice view of the city on the way.
