    Very convenient coming from Chitose Airport as the airbus bus-stop is right in front of ANA hotel! We were given a twin bedded room on the 15th floor. It was peaceful and quiet, clean,hot water flask and all toiletries provided.The toilet has a bidet. Odd numbered rooms on a high floor faces the morning sun and has a good view.     The bus stop for shuttle to Hakodate Airport is just in front of hotel entrance, and that's very convenient. I really appreciate the room upgrade given. It was a pleasant stay! - The staff was very helpful and accommodating!

The kitchen is fully furnished, we had breakfast in the morning sitting in a very nice veranda. An Hakodate is a place to visit. Finally, the hotel is extremely well located, in between the station and the historical district.

    Sapporo Grand is an excellent Hotel with Excellent service. We stayed 2 nights and wished we could stay longer. We first met staff member Hideto Sawagashira at the front desk. Even though they were very Busy the staff, in Particular Mr Sawagashira made us feel at ease and made our stay Fantastic.     This hotel was great! Perfectly clean and very spacious. Recently renovated it seemed. Excellent indoor and outdoor Onsen and luckily a western oriented breakfast. Only thing I missed at breakfast was Yoghurt. The kitchen had an induction stove and a large fridge with freezer. No problems stocking up on food for the whole week. BTW, don't miss out ot Moiwa, the powder is - We really enjoyed our stay, there was one staff member in particular that went above and beyond for us making our stay very enjoyable, I believe his name was Goti (hopefully I got that right and he can get the recognition he deserves) Niseko is an awesome place and although the resort is quite far away from Kutchan the resorts shuttles make it easy.
