  Clean rooms, Excellent staff (friendly/helpful) Location was pretty alright, though really a long walk from Sapporo Station Free wired internet in room - the room and the toilets are large for Japanese standard. the hotel design is classy and luxurious, with very nice city view.

  The kids loved the large water park with the huge water slides and big wave pools. The onsens were also big with many pools and bath areas. The lake view from the room was fantastic. The buffet dinner and breakfast were also good with wide selections. The grilled scallops were huge!
